IPTV Player & Live TV is a player. It plays the streams you give it, and it is built to need as little information about you as possible.

In the app

• No account: The app does not ask you to create an account or sign in, and it does not ask for your email address or a username.
• Playlists and settings stay on your device: The playlists you add (links, Xtream logins and files), your favorites and your settings are stored in the app's private storage on your device.
• Sending a playlist from your phone: On a TV, the Phone tab starts a small web page that is reachable only on your local network, and only while the tab is open. Your phone and TV talk to each other directly.
• Network connections: The app connects to the stream addresses in your playlists, which are run by third parties and have their own privacy practices. It also connects to our servers to load the built-in Open World TV channel list and the app's configuration.
• Technical information: Depending on the app version and its configuration, the app may send technical information that is needed to keep it working and to fix problems, such as crash reports, the device model and Android version, and, when a playlist fails to load, the address you entered and the error.

• On your device: Playlists and settings are stored in the app's private storage, which is protected by the Android app sandbox.
• In transit: Our website and the built-in channel list are served over HTTPS. Streams from third-party providers may use their own protocols, including unencrypted ones, which we do not control.
• Local transfer: The phone-to-TV page is available only on your local network, only while the Phone tab is open, and requires a short code.

The mobile app does not use browser cookies. This website (iptv.thelevelupteam.org) does:

• Essential cookies: Needed for the website to work.
• Analytics cookies: The website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the pages, for example which articles are read. This relates to visiting the website, not to using the app.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

7. Content and Responsible Use

IPTV Player & Live TV is a player. It does not sell or provide channels or subscriptions, apart from the built-in Open World TV list of publicly available free-to-air channels.

• Use legal sources: Add only sources you have the right to use, such as licensed services and free streams that broadcasters publish themselves.
• Your responsibility: You are responsible for the playlists and streams you add and for how you use the app.
• Our responsibility: We are not responsible for content played through the app, which comes from third parties, or for use of the app that breaks the law or the rights of others.

Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly process personal information of children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will remove it.
