By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the IPTV Player & Live TV app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Important: These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and The Level Up, the maker of the App. Please read them carefully before using the App.
2. Service Description
IPTV Player & Live TV is a free player for Android phones, tablets and Android TV. It allows you to:
- Play streams from your own sources and playlists (M3U, M3U8, W3U, XSPF, JSON and Xtream Codes)
- Organize your playlists and favorites, and search and filter channels
- Send a playlist to your TV from your phone with a QR code
- Watch Open World TV, a built-in list of publicly available free-to-air channels
- Adjust playback settings such as the buffering mode
Important Disclaimer: The App is a player/client application only. Apart from the built-in Open World TV list of publicly available free-to-air channels, we do not provide, host, or sell any IPTV content or subscriptions. You must use your own legitimate sources.
3. Eligibility
To use the App, you must:

4. No Account Required
The App does not require you to create an account or sign in. Your playlists, favorites and settings are stored on your device.
- Keep the login details of your IPTV provider private. You are responsible for them
- You are responsible for the device and network you use with the App
- When you send a playlist from your phone to your TV, do it only on a network you trust
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Send unsolicited messages, spam, or engage in abusive behavior
6. Content and Playlists
Your Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The legality of your IPTV sources and playlists
- Ensuring you have proper licenses or permissions for all content
- Compliance with copyright laws in your jurisdiction
- Any consequences arising from your content choices
Content Guidelines
When using the App, ensure your content:
- Comes from legitimate, authorized sources
- Does not violate any intellectual property rights
- Complies with applicable broadcasting regulations
- Is appropriate and legal in your location
Open World TV
Open World TV is a built-in list of publicly available free-to-air channels. Channels are published by third parties, so they may be geo-blocked in your country, change, or stop working at any time without notice.
Warning: Using unauthorized or pirated content may violate copyright laws and could result in legal consequences. We strongly advise using only legitimate IPTV services.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Our Rights
The App and all related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. We retain all rights to:
- The App's source code, design, and functionality
- Our trademarks, logos, and branding
- Documentation and user guides
- Updates and new features
Your License

Effect of Termination

- Your access to our servers may end, and the App continues to work only with your own sources
